Drug and Alcohol Rehab Addiction Center

One of the most important steps of the recovery process is to get to the root of the problem by determining the reasons for addiction. These reasons can range from physical to emotional issues to past life experiences. Although the first step in our program is physical detoxification, successful recovery requires a full team of professionals that can help an addict work through all of the physical, mental and emotional difficulties present when struggling to achieve sobriety. It is critical that the patient understands the full scope of his or her specific drug or alcohol addictions and be taught how to function in the "real world," and avoid triggers to relapse. The goal of our programs is not just to help a patient with a successful in-house recovery, but to see patients thrive for the rest of their lives.

Our goal is to help patients acknowledge and understand their addictions and learn how to alter their behavior so they resolve problems in their lives in healthy, productive ways that do not involve drugs or alcohol. Our group and private counseling sessions help those involved delve into the reasons for addiction by discussing past experiences and learning from others. Only through resolving the mental struggles inherent in recovery can a patient truly achieve the long-term sobriety that Unity Rehab aims to achieve for each client. Our counseling sessions not only acknowledge these struggles, but help patients learn how to deal with them and turn to methods of healing that do not involve drugs or alcohol.
